Home at last!!! It's been a long and sometimes hard process moving to Texas and finding a house to buy all in less than two months, but we did it! We've seen a lot of blessings and had a lot of help during this process and we have so much to be grateful for! We want to thank everyone for being so supportive of us and always asking us how the house hunting and Texas life was going. We're sorry we didn't share more about what was going on while we were going through the process of buying our house, but we love surprises and wanted to make this a big one!
So Welcome to our New Home!!!
We were able to close on this house on Friday, the 26th. So as of last Friday, this house is officially ours! Woodland Oaks has been a nice quiet subdivision to live in; we've had visits from a few of our new neighbors so far and they have been so friendly.

We had help from some of the members of our White Oak Ward and one of Ryan's new friends and co-workers was able to come help us get our appliances to our house.
Jared had fun playing with the leftovers of the unpacking. He got a new car out of the deal.=)
We had help again from the ward to unpack our moving pod and then we've spent these last couple days unpacking little by little. But, here is our house before we unpacked. It was very nice to have new carpeting and everything move-in ready! Here's our entry way!
Then to the right after you enter is the kitchen. Tons of counter and cup-board space. It already came with the dish-washer, gas stove/oven, and microwave.
To the left, after you enter, you can take a hall way to the family bathroom or to one of the two bedrooms on that side of the house.
The back bedroom will be Jared's own room!
On the other side of the house, is our master bedroom! with master bath and walk-in closet!
We've been able to unpack a bit these past few days and our home is really coming together! We've been having so much fun living here and we really feel at home!

Jared found some interesting ways to have fun; he found his old saucer and had to play in it and he made himself some ice cubes out styrofoam, just trying to keep cool I guess. =

The only room we haven't mentioned yet, is the front bedroom, down the hall from Jared's room. This is a very special room we're saving for a very special someone!
Ryan and I just found out TODAY that we're having a BOY and he's due December 17, 2013 and we're so excited to make a home for him and welcome him into our family in December!!!
We're still not 100% certain what his name will be, we have enough time to figure it out, but right now we're both liking this name: Karl Paul Anderson!!!
